Terri Webb

Office Manager

Terri was born and raised in Tahlequah, attended Tahlequah High School and graduated in 1972. She also attended Northeastern State University. She and Dr. Webb served as youth sponsors for fifteen years, including missions to Haiti and Mexico. She served as co-president with Dr. Webb in Tahlequah High School band parents and served as secretary for Tahlequah High School football parents for seven years. She is a member of First Baptist Church. Terri is a Sooner football fan and attends every game she can with her family. She also enjoys designing her own greeting cards as well as traveling. Some of her favorite people call her Nana.

Mitzie Manes

Front Desk/Insurance Clerk

Mitzie is from Broken Arrow. She found her way to Tahlequah via her husband, Bill Manes. She has worked in the dental field 32 years! Mitzie is highly qualified in any area of insurance needs. She and Bill have two children. Taylor lives and works in Dallas and Hunter plans to return to Oklahoma State University in the Fall. Her hobbies are shopping in Dallas with her daughter, walking and gardening.

Ramie Smith

Registered Dental Assistant/Front Desk

Ramie grew up in Locust Grove and made her way to Tahlequah in 2007. She has worked for Dr. Webb the entire time. She attended Northeastern Oklahoma University. She holds all her dental assisting certificates and has extra training in assisting with implants. She is married to Justin Smith. They both enjoy participating in rodeos. Other hobbies she has are exercising and working in the yard. Her dog Blazi is very special to her.

Kristi Poteet

Registered Dental Assistant/Front Desk

Kristi was born and raised in Tahlequah. She attended Northeastern State University. She has worked for Dr. Webb for 26 years. She married Pooky Poteet and they have four children, Bailey, Lexi, McKaelee and Jace. Kristi has all of her dental assisting certificates. In her spare time her hobbies are gardening, spending time with her family and doting on her animals. She also loves being a baseball Mom.

This was my very first visit to this dental office. The place looks clean and inviting. The front staff was quick and friendly in getting me processed. I hadn't seen a dentist in about 10 years so I was quite apprehensive as to how this was going to go since my last dental experience was very painful. After my x-rays, Stephanie brought them up on the screen to show me the plaque that had calcified and just really how much work was going to be needed to be done to get them clean. I expected the absolute worse, lots of pain and tears and not being able to get them thoroughly cleaned. The procedure got started which was a full mouth debridement with this neat little water pressure cleaning tool they use. She was able to clean all of my teeth with only a few sensitive spots but no tears and minimal discomfort. I was extremely impressed. She took some before and after pictures of my plaque build up and then the after and I was blown away!! I've never been able to feel every one of my teeth when I run my tongue across them. I can't stop doing it!! She had to spend considerable amount of time cleaning my teeth but was so patient and checked on me and it was a great experience. Stephanie is an AMAZING hygienist and was absolutely professional, gently and kind. I can't say enough positive things about her and my experience with this office. From beginning to end, it was fantastic!!
